The river bank water environment is the hydrological process associated with the water environment of the river bank and the related elements of space and land use.Its own stability and health play a huge basis for the water environment of the whole river and even the whole city's water environment.To a certain extent,the water quality and aquatic ecosystem of the river corridor are determined.The stability and maintenance of the system,as well as the quality of the vegetation community and habitat,also affect the layout of the open space and the quality of the environment in the urban and rural areas.The construction of riparian zone,which neglects the internal river bank,water environment,hydrological and natural processes,and heavy external landscape forms,has caused many problems of riparian water environment.How to protect the riverbank water environment and explore the external ecological service function of the potential riparian belt through the rational construction of the riparian Belt should be paid attention to in the study of the theory and method of urban and rural planning.The topographic and geomorphic changes in the shallow mound City varied with the rich water system pattern,but because of the complex water system and the fragile hydrologic process,many difficulties and problems occurred during the construction of the riparian zone.In addition,the riparian zone is characterized by regional differentiation,and the construction of the riparian zone in different regions is facing different regional construction features and construction demands,and the difficulty of the construction of the riparian belt is increased.On the basis of relevant literature,combined with the water system planning of Meishan Mindong new area and the planning of riverbank ecological restoration in the liberated embankment section of Changsha,the construction methods of shallow hilly urban riparian zone are summarized.(0.1)characteristic cognition and space system the research background,significance and content,clarifying and defining the river bank water environment,shallow hilly city and other specific concepts,and pointed out the three leading problems facing the river bank water environment in shallow hilly cities: river bank water environment,riverbank planning and control problems induced by riverbank construction.At the same time,it outlines the research purpose,research methods,research framework and other structural contents.The second part(second chapters and third chapters)is the basic analysis of this planning research.First,it is more specific to analyze the construction of the shallow urban riverbank and the cause of the planning level.At the same time,through the summary of the literature review and practical cases related to the protection of the different dimensions of the riverbank water environment and the planning methods of the riparian zone,the relevant experience and Enlightenment from home and abroad are made clear.Secondly,the characteristics and value of the river bank water environment in the shallow mound city are studied,and the overall positioning and planning orientation of the riparian zone planning in the background of the water environment protection of the shallow hilly cities are put forward.The third part(fourth chapter,fifth chapter,sixth chapter),the key chapter and the core content,in turn from the riverbank longitudinal system construction,zoning function and target setting,zoning horizontal specific land use layout and planning management and control guidance on the shallow hilly urban riparian planning key content and method.First,the longitudinal system of the riparian zone is constructed from the sub basin River angle zoning and the urban and rural construction gradient zoning,and the characteristics of the riparian belts in different regions in the regional longitudinal system are analyzed and clearly defined.Secondly,the function and target of different partitions in the system architecture are discussed,and the functions of riparian zone for riverbank water environment protection and potential ecological service are defined,and the whole function of different zoning is set up.At the same time,the internal protection of the riverbank water environment needs to be sought with the external service demands,and the sub division is carried out.The standard is set as a whole.Thirdly,according to the demands of the river bank water environment protection in different areas and the construction demands of different land types adjacent to the concrete riparian zone,the different land and space layout of the three big zones of the riverbank lateral structure are carried out,and the different layout of the green infrastructure is put forward for the different land distribution of the riparian belts.The energy efficiency of the ecological service of the riparian zone is brought into full play.Finally,the plan is connected with the related planning,and the relevant planning content is supplemented.The land use types and development intensity of the adjacent land in the urban construction area are controlled,and the multi element control and differential planning guidance of the riparian belt are carried out according to the self space guidance of the riparian zone.The fourth part(seventh chapter),in this paper,the conclusion of this article,the concrete riparian planning method is summed up,combing the problems and shortcomings of the innovation point and research in this paper.
