The ancestors cloud "the big country is inferior,the world is the best,the world is the turn",the city rises from the water and blends with the water.The riparian zone is a section of the transition from river water system to urban construction land,and it is more closely related to the city.Nowadays,after the predatory development of the high-strength construction of the riverside two-wing highlands,the city and its water environment have fallen into a quagmire of disasters and pollution.The riparian zone serves as the link between the city and the water system,and is also the most powerful barrier to protect urban safety and the quality of the water ecosystem.Therefore,how to ensure the ecological function of the riparian zone and improve its ability to resist external risks while passing through the rational planning and construction of the riparian zone is worthy of attention in the urban and rural planning field.In the shallow hilly city,the complex and diverse topography creates a rich landscape pattern,which is distinct from the plain city in terms of resource distribution,system composition,spatial layout and associated land use,which also leads to ecological protection and remediation of the riparian zone.There are many challenges and problems in construction: such as the unilateral cognition and remediation of riparian zone,the systematic destruction of complex riparian forest belt structure and function,the use of land in the associated area to aggravate urban disasters and pollution,the spatial layout of riparian zone and its main ecology.Disjointed function,protection and separation of remediation measures.According to the existing characteristics of the riparian zone in the shallow hilly city and the main problems faced by it,based on the relevant literature research,the paper combines the research examples and engineering practice to summarize the multi-scale conjugate,multi-functional composite,multi-segment differential construction and management planning method.: 1 Protection and remediation objects and related process identification-According to the differentiated resource characteristics and construction characteristics of the section,the current research and data collection of the riparian zone,screening and remediation of space objects and their planning appeals,and thus establishing planning orientation;2 Vertical system construction and function setting——Based on the vertical overall view of the riparian zone,build a riparian system structure and zoning system oriented by ecological protection and remediation,and clarify the composite functions and corresponding planning objectives of each section;3 Horizontal land use Layout and site design-based on the lateral part of the riparian zone,based on the specific problems of each zone,the land adjustment and optimization of the riparian zone in the river area and the space design of the riparian zone in the river section;4 Different control methods-connecting the various types of each level Planning,developing a multi-level management system and adaptive management strategies.The specific content of the article is as follows:1.The first chapter points out the research objects and the problems.Clarify relevant concepts and research boundary areas,and summarize the current series of planning problems such as passive protection-oriented,landscape remediation,fragmented planning measures,homogenization planning methods and uncoordinated management mechanisms.These issues raise corresponding planning priorities,meanings and objectives.In addition,this chapter also outlines the structural content of the research methods and frameworks.2.Chapter 2,Basic Research Analysis.Further understanding and analysis of the potential causes of riparian ecological protection and remediation planning problems: research object characteristics and process cognition fuzzy;insufficient correlation function consideration;regional system architecture fracture;segment differentiation features are neglected;planning level ambiguity,convergence strength not enough.According to the corresponding problems,we will find solutions to relevant literatures and practical cases at home and abroad,summarize the breakthroughs and related experiences of existing research,and provide theoretical support for the specific planning methods.3.The third,fourth and fifth chapters are the core chapters of the article,which are divided into four levels: comprehensive status cognition(three chapters),macro system construction(four chapters),meso-district land layout and micro-site design(five chapters).The contents and methods of ecological protection and remediation planning for riparian zones are proposed.The third chapter,from the perspective of characteristic cognition,firstly understands the distinctive features of the riparian zone under the ecological protection and remediation guidance of the shallow hill city,and understands its corresponding planning appeals.Then,the investigation of the status quo and related data classification are carried out with Tongbai as a case.Collecting and processing,summarizing the main spatial objects of the current riparian zone protection and remediation and their associated processes,and propose a systematic planning orientation.The fourth chapter is mainly for the vertical overall system construction and functional goal setting,firstly constructing the global protection and remediation spatial structure system of comprehensive ecological and social value appeals;secondly,how to establish the riparian zone vertical combination of river ecological attributes and urban and rural spline sections Zoning;then,the ecological protection and remediation objects are matched and functionally set in each area;finally,the overall planning objectives of each section are clearly defined.On the basis of the fifth chapter to undertake the functional objectives of the partition,the different design of the riparian zone of each sub-area is carried out at the lateral local angle.Firstly,according to the characteristics of the land use of the section and the potential threat of protection and remediation,the riverside belt of the river area is faced at the middle level.Targeted land use adjustment;secondly,the section design of the riparian zone in the river section is carried out at the microscopic level,and the spatial components such as width,slope,vegetation and bank form are differentiated and ecologically controlled;finally,the relevant green infrastructure is implanted.4.Chapter VI,in view of the current problems of ecological protection and remediation management and operation of riparian zones,propose relevant planning linkages,zoning indicators control and corresponding management and control measures to ensure sustainable development after planning.5.The seventh chapter summarizes the core planning methods and sorts out the innovations and existing deficiencies of the article.Finally,it is concluded that the ecological protection and remediation planning of the riparian urban riparian zone needs 1)a comprehensive planning orientation that combines natural processes,protection and remediation;2)establishes systematic and structural overall planning functions and objectives;3)measures The formulation level needs to be linked with the space and function of the associated region;4)and promote the four major research conclusions of the differentiated riparian zone control method.
