Research On Evaluation Of Ecological Service Function,Ecological Sensitivity And Ecological Redline Delineation In Qilian County,Qinghai,China

With the continuous development of China's social development and economic level,the resources and environmental issues have being become more seriously.In order to solve this problem,the government had established a strategy named redline system for the ecological protection.As another“lifeline”at the national level,the ecological redline has become the basic guarantee for national ecological security and sustainable economic and social development.On the basis of summarizing some research materials about ecological redline,the ecological environment characteristics of Qilian County was analyzed;the ecological service functions such as soil and water conservation,surface water conservation,and biodiversity conservation was evaluated;and the ecological fragility was determined from the sensitivity of soil erosion and land desertification two aspects.The ecological red line of Qilian County was determined through results of ecological service and sensitivity combined with the local basic cultivated land,nature protection area,land use and town planning.The main research results included following content.(1)The area of soil and water conservation function in Qilian County is1535.88km~2,accounting for 10.97%of the land area of Qilian County;the area of extremely important biodiversity maintenance function is 726.37km~2.It accounts for5.19%of the land area of Qilian County;the area of water conservation function is extremely important and the area is 1066.43km~2,accounting for 7.62%of the land area of Qilian County.(2)The area with extremely sensitive sensitivity to soil erosion in Qilian County is2499.26km~2,accounting for 17.85%of the land area of Qilian County,and the area of extremely sensitive land desertification is 2565.85km~2,accounting for 17.85%of the land area of Qilian County.(3)Identifying the key regional protection targets within the county and the spatial distribution of basic farmland,combined with the results of three types of spatial divisions of“Multiple Regulations”and the long-term urban planning of Qilian County,the ecological significance and ecological sensitivity evaluation results were further revised and improved.The final area for the ecological redline is 7526.4km~2,accounting for 53.76%of the total area of the county;the restricted construction area is 5738.6km~2,accounting for 40.99%of the total area of the county;the allowed construction area is735km~2,accounting for 5.25%of the total area of the county.
