One of the key points of China's current economic transformation is to eliminate backward production capacity,optimize production structure,improve production technology and improve production efficiency.The ironmaking techniques and ironmaking equipments of various steel plants are lagging behind,which is in stark contrast to the sustained development of China's steel industry.The blast furnaces of the 1980 s are still used.To ensure production safety and the quality of molten iron,the replacement of blast furnaces must be completed.Based on the author's experience in engineering practice,this article analyzes the project management theory of actual engineering project—Baosteel Blast Furnace Renovation Project construction management,actual management model and system construction.It is a theoretical and practical exploration of large-scale production equipment transformation projects in the industrial field.On the basis of analyzing the characteristics,difficulties,general situation and management objectives of the actual project,this paper analyzes the mode and operation model should be used in the quality management,schedule management and safety management of theblast furnace repair and transformation project by using the related methods of interdependence analysis of project activities,comprehensive quality management and accident causal chain theory.In terms of schedule management,the results of the schedule planning guidelines,the systematic progress guidelines,and the progress policy dynamic control methods have been formed.In terms of quality management,the results of the analysis of the affectingfactorsof the engineering quality,the systemconstruction of thequality management,the analysis of the quality risk control and the measures for the quality control have been formed.In terms of safety management,the results of the matrix safety management mode of engineering projectand the safety responsibility system of prior management thinking have been formed.Bao metallurgical group in the project construction management using the related method proposed in this paper,the main obtain excellent effect including: promoted the enterprise top workers and staff members of cognitive change,adapt to the fierce market competition;Effective guarantee the engineering quality,obtained the entrust unit trust and the classroom management departments at different levels,successfully obtained the good social credit and economic benefits;Improved assembly project types of cognitive and management environment,health and safety management system is effective.
