Since the new century,China's economy has developed at a high speed.Crude oil as a strategic resource,its exploitation scale is more and more big,the oil and gas output scale is also more and more high.The requirements for the management of oilfield inf rastructure projects are getting higher and higher,and the existing management method s of oilfield infrastructure projects are becoming more and more difficult to match wit h the development of modern oilfields.With the rapid development of Yanchang oilfiel d,there are still a lot of problems in the project management,especially the managem ent of infrastructure projects.This has seriously hampered the long-term development of Yanchang oilfield company.Therefore,in this context,the paper proposes to study the management system of infrastructure projects in Yanchang oilfield and put forward th e corresponding optimization program,which is of great practical significance for the 1 ong-term development of oil field.The paper takes Yanchang oilfield capital construction project management as the obje ct of study.First of all,the paper reviews the theoretical basis of the project managem ent and related research,and then analyzes the current situation of the capital construc tion projects and the status of capital construction project management system.Through the analysis we found that prolonged problems of oilfield construction project manage ment,project decision problems such as part of project quality management is not sta ndardized,tedious,schedule management is not standard,serious loss of personnel and information management is not perfect.On this basis,we put forward the optimization idea of Yanchang oilfield construction project management system,analyzes the speci fic problems,to achieve the optimization goal,namely cost saving,simple process,qu ality and efficiency of the comprehensive management level,design the corresponding optimization scheme.Finally,for the implementation of the optimization target and opti mization scheme,we put forward specific measures,such as the implementation of pro fessional and technical personnel stationed in the system,strengthen the supervision of the company assessment system and other specific measures to improve the level of project management;quality and management,strengthening the key link to strictly im plement the quality responsibility system so as to improve the construction quality ma nagement the level of specific measures.Only when the measures mentioned above are fulfilled,the management level of oilfield infrastructure projects can be greatly improv ed.Through the study of Yanchang oilfield construction project management system,we h ave a deep understanding of Yanchang oilfield existing project management system,th e research conclusion and the optimization scheme has certain guiding significance for the specific project management personnel,but also enrich the research of project man agement in China.
