Research Of Safety Production Management Based On PDCA Cycle

Based on the fact that there were few studies on the safety management in the quality inspection.In this study,management elements in safety management were identified and refined by PDCA(Planning-Doing-Checking-Acting)method.Based on the theory of PDCA improvement,10 safety management elements were combined with the actual work plan with goals.After the implementation of the program,10 management elements were evaluated and summarized.New plan was presented and the safety management work gradually formed a self-improvement mode.In the first stage,base on the goal of continuous improvement of PDCA c ycle,and according to the safety standard AQ/T9006-2010,the extraction principle and method of safety management elements were determined and formed a list.In the second stage,status of the safety management was determined by classified the safety risks.In the third stage,10 safety management elements were confirmed by the Questionnaire and Delphi technique.After the safety management elements were confirmed,the PDCA program was designed.In the Planning stage,safety management elements were combined with the PDCA cycle,implementation steps and goals were defined.In the Doing stage,the specific operations in the process were explained.In the Checking stage,qualitative and quantifiable safety management elements were explained,the quarterly review and adjustment mechanism were established.In the Acting stage,the results and the preparation of the new plan were shown.Finally,the improved result of 10 safety management elements and the risk rectification were showed,the completion rate of 10 safety management elements reached 90%.Though the total number of risk detection had 13% more than in previous years,the rate of risk rectification had 25.4% more than in previous years,verify the availability of PDCA cycle combine with the safety management elements.
