Recent years,the concept of customized furniture has been extremely popular,ranging from the city's outdoor advertising towers to high-speed railway stations,all of which are full of all kinds of advertisements of customized furniture.With the improvement of people's living standards,personalized demand of customers has risen and customized furniture has been favored by more and more people.However,the procedures of customized furniture differ from that of conventional one which has a uniformly way of layout and can be produced and packed in the sa me processing method massively.To solve this problem,as is hoped that,after multi-order consolidation and layout,it can be processed as conventional furniture does,guided by the routing of the plank,and the plank of different orders will be sent to t he packaging area in an orderly way through automatic sorting system.Thus,an automatic sheet sorting solution was proposed: the use of rollers,robots,three-dimensional warehouses,and identification control technology to achieve unity sorting sheet.Firstly,this dissertation have described the workflow of a single manipulator in the solution.After abstracting into a problem model,it analyze d by the semi-Markov decision process.Then four kinds of approximate solving rules are proposed according to different application scenarios and constraints.Through the results of simulation experiments,the relative merits of these rules and strategies are compared,indicating that the cordon strategy can flexibly adjust the rejection rate according to actual requirements.Finally,the state of the system is further described.A strategy based on the current state is proposed.The process of system state transition follows the characteristics of the Markov chain.Approximation approach is used to set unknown values for some state transition probabilities,and specific values are calculated.Analyze its impact on the overall state transition process,combine the system's balance characteristics to approximate the local state transition probability,and estimate the ratio of each state.By changing the local state transition capability,it affects the state transition probability and adjusts the ratio of the target state to achieve the effect of indirectly controlling the rejection rate of the entry task.Theoretically,the current state-based strategy is more flexible in adjusting the rejection rate.It is verified through a specific set of simulations that the adjustment of the task rejection rate can be more flexible and effective than the cordon strategy under the same length condition.Reduce the rejection rate for incoming tasks.In the case of a change in the warehousing constraints,adjusting the schedulin g strategy has reference significance.
