Cold-rolled steel tubes are widely used in the various fields of the national economy.The main equipment for producing cold-rolled steel tubes is the cold rolling mill.In order to reduce the maximum inertia force of the cold rolling mill and save space,this paper use gear system to take place of the origin transmission system creatively.Compared the transmission form of crank mechanism combined with the weight block,the new system changes assign form of drive system and eliminate the effect of eccentric rotation of the crankshaft on the dynamic balance of the transmission system.Based on the reciprocating cycle form of body frame,this paper proposes to use the variable-speed transmission characteristic of non-circular gear to realize the motion of body frame and research three types of non-circular gear system.The transmission system which combines non-circular gear and differential gear train is selected as the final research object after comparing the simulation curves of the body frame.The design method and modeling method of non-circular gear joint curve which meet specific requirement are also discussed in this part.Then the dynamic analysis of the new transmission system is carried out in ADAMS.The dynamic characteristic curve of the working frame of a non-circular gear pair under different friction coefficient and different rack mass is studied.In order to verify the credibility of the simulation results,this paper uses the test method to measure the kinetic characteristics of the driving system.The experimental results are going to be compared with the simulation curves and theoretical curves to prove whether the new transmission system is reasonable and feasible.For the new transmission system of the non-circular gear train,in order to ensure the smooth and safe operation of the rolling mill,it is necessary to check the strength of the key parts.The transmission speed of the non-circular gear causes the load of the transmission system is always changing.This paper studies the loading rule of thedrive system,and the static analysis of the two non-circular gears is carried out by finite element method when the load is maximum.Then observe whether the stress and strain can satisfy the use requirement of gears.After completion of strength check,modal analysis of non-circular gear is carried out to get modal parameters.
