The emulsion pump station is the source power for the comprehensive mechanized mining coal matching equipment,which provides the working power for the hydraulic support.The technologies of comprehensive mechanized mining coal are developing rapidly towards the intensive,safe,efficient and green in modern coal industry system,the reliability of the emulsion pump station hydraulic system is constantly improving.The hydraulic system of pumping station is a complex system integrating mechatronics and liquid.Once happening fault,it is difficult to detect and maintain and makes the production stagnates even seriously affects the work progress.This paper takes the hydraulic system of the RIM Leibo S series Emulsion Pumping Station as the research object and aims at improving its reliability.Reliability theory was used to study the reliability of hydraulic system of emulsion pump station.According to the structure and working principle of the emulsion pump station,the structural relationship is defined between the hydraulic components in the hydraulic system.Combined with the theory of reliability modeling,the corresponding relationship diagram and reliability block diagram of pumping station hydraulic system function structure are established.Based on the field collection of fault data,the reliability analysis of the hydraulic system of the emulsion pump station is carried out with the theory of FMEC A and FTA.The damage degree of the failure mode and the damage degree of the hydraulic components in the hydraulic system of the pumping station are analyzed by FMEC A analysis.The list of the key failure modes of the emulsion pump is further obtained by the FTA analysis,and the prevention and improvement measures are put forward.It provides a reference for optimal design,operation and maintenance of pumping station hydraulic system.According to the actual situation of the colliery and the maintenance center.The failure report,analysis and corrective action systems(FRACAS)for the colliery and the maintenance center is constructed,and a closed loop fault processing information system database of pump station hydraulic system with function of fault information recording,reporting and retrieval is built by WQS software.It has great significance for reducing the frequency of failure,improving maintenance efficiency and reducing maintenance cost.
