With the rapid development of society and economy, water pollution has become a focus issue that restricts the development of the national economy and affects the health of the people. How to adopt more efficient,energy-saving,and environmentally friendly treatment technologies has always been the goal of continuous and hard work among scientific and technical workers in this field.Thin film separation and adsorption technologies have received extensive attention from researchers in the fields of environment, electronics, chemistry, energy, and biomedicine due to their advantages such as high efficiency, low cost, and ease of operation.Polypropylene(PP),as one of the world's five general-purpose plastic, has excellent mechanical properties, dimensional stability, excellent chemical stability, etc.,and is widely used in wastewater treatment, air purification and other fields. The paper uses montmorillonite as raw material, pyrrole modified montmorillonite to prepare polypyrrole/montmorillonite adsorption material;Syndiotactic PP powder as raw material,PP film material is prepared, and material molding method is adopted in combination with melt molding and coating molding,Polypyrrole/montmorillonite was compounded with PP film to prepare Polypyrrole/montmorillonite/Polypropylene composite film(Hereinafter referred to as the composite film.)material that can be used to adsorb pollutants in water,Examines and optimizes the influence of technological factors such as melting temperature, pressure, pressurizing time and annealing temperature on the material forming and performance;analyzes by infrared spectroscopy,SEM,XPS,XRD,wetting angle, etc,The composition and structure of composite film materials were tested and characterized by the technique; The adsorption behavior and cyclic adsorption characteristics of thin-film materials for organic dyes, heavy metal ions, bilirubin and other pollutants were also studied. The preparation methods and adsorption behaviors of thin film materials used in this thesis provide new ideas and approaches for the application of these materials in the field of sewage treatment. The main conclusions of the full text are as follows:1.Sodium modification, organic modification and in-situ polymerization of pyrrole were used to modify montmorillonite.FT-IR,XRD and specific surface area tests were used. The results showed that pyrrole successfully polymerized in the montmorillonite layer, and the original crystal surface of montmorillonite was obtained. The spacing and specific surface area were increased, indicating that the modified montmorillonite has an increased adsorption capacity.2.Using melt-molding method,PP powder at 230 ?,pressure 2MPa,and pressing time 10s,the film material melting the most complete, smooth surface;greater transparency;Polypyrrole/montmorillonite was prepared by coating method using PP film substrate and polypyrrole/montmorillonite under conditions of T=180?,P=lKPa,pressing time 5s and annealing temperature 120?.The adsorption capacity of composite film was the best.3.The composite film was characterized by FT-TR,SEM,XPS,XRD,and wetting angle analysis techniques, the characterization results show that PPy/montmorillonite has covered the PP film and changed the hydrophilicity of the PP film to make it have Adsorption performance.4.The composite film adsorption behavior showed that the adsorption curves of methyl orange, bilirubin and lead ions all enhanced with the increase of adsorption time, and the maximum removal rates of methyl orange, bilirubin and lead ions were 95.98%and 75.54%.88.38%;adsorption process is based on the pseudo-second order kinetics; The adsorption to methyl orange, bilirubin and lead ions was adapted to Langmuir monolayer adsorption model; The adsorption isotherm is increased with the increase of the initial concentration, and warming is beneficial to the positive process of the adsorption process. The adsorption and desorption of composite film can be more than three times.
