Research On Financial Risk Assessment And Control Of Shaanxi Coal Company

Coal is the energy basis of our country.The coal industry plays an important role in the development of our national economy and the improvement of people's living standard.The coal industry is one of the eight pillar industries determined by Shaanxi province.Shaanxi coal industry company Limited occupies an absolute dominant position in the coal mining industry in Shaanxi.With the implementation of macroeconomic policies such as the adjustment of the supply side structure,the economic transformation and upgrading and environmental protection,the industry prosperity is down,the market competition is aggravated and the Shaanxi coal industry shares It is of great practical significance for Shaanxi coal industry company Limited to evaluate the financial risk of the company and implement effective risk control measures to build a safe,efficient and clean production green system,improve the equipment level and implement the intensive and efficient development.Taking Shaanxi coal company as the research object,this paper,based on the basic theory of financial risk,analyses the present situation and causes of the financial risk of coal enterprises in China based on the relevant theories of risk assessment and control by domestic and foreign scholars,and analyzes the shares of Shaanxi coal industry from four aspects of financing,investment,operation and current gold flow.The financial risk of the company is analyzed and identified,and the financial risk evaluation index system of the company is constructed by using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),which includes 17 two grade indexes of 5 first grade indexes.The index weight is determined by using the expert scoring method to establish the judgment matrix,and the score coefficient of each index is calculated by the wal scoring method.The early warning interval of financial risk is evaluated and analyzed for 2014-2017 year's financial risk of the company.The results show that:in recent four years,the financial risk of the company is at the level of light police,but the degree...
