Relay seal cover has high dimensional accuracy and high surface quality,which requires higher requirements for relay stamping.The traditional method is to use three ordinary drawing procedures and the last thinning drawing process,and the forming parts should be annealed in each process in order to improve the formability of the material.The tensile test was used to determine the main mechanical properties of the slab.The finite element numerical model was established by Deform software for the three common deep drawing and a thin drawing process of the relay.The stress,strain distribution and deformation characteristics of the slab in the forming of the relay were analyzed by numerical calculation,and the parameters of the relay were given to the relay.The influence rule of the drawing quality of the outer cover is concluded,and the mechanical mechanism of the defects in the stamping process of the sealing cover of the relay is summarized.Through the above simulation study,corresponding dies for each process are designed.An experimental platform for relay three normal drawing and a thin drawing and deep drawing process has been established.By comparing the thickness distribution of the forming parts,the reliability of the finite element numerical model of the forming process of the relay cover is verified.In addition,the experiment of thinning and deep drawing is optimized and good results are obtained.On this basis,we try to reduce the original four forming processes to three processes.The numerical simulation of three deep drawing(two ordinary drawing and last thinning drawing)for the sealing cover of the relay is carried out to optimize the design of the die and improve the quality of the drawing.In order to avoid the deep drawing defects of the relay seal and further improve the quality of drawing forming,one step forming method and finite element numerical simulation are combined to optimize the shape of the slab.Through the finite element numerical simulation analysis software Deform-3D,the finite element analysis model of the thin and deep forming of the relay sealed outer cover is established,and the numerical simulation of the ordinary drawing and drawing deep forming at room temperature is simulated.The size of the slab,the shape of the slab,the friction factor,the gap between the die and the die,the corner of the punch and the radius of the concave die are analyzed.The influence of the technical parameters on the thickness of the dangerous zone at the bottom of the relay seal cover is put forward,and the optimization plan is put forward.At last,the optimal die structure and the optimum blank size are obtained under the three process forming conditions of the relay sealing cover,and the high quality forming of the sealing cover of the relay can be realized by using the three drawing process and the annealing treatment can be avoided.
