With the development of plastic industry,plastic material because of its unique properties,such as higher specific strength than metal,strong corrosion resistance and insulation,such as plastic products are widely used in real life and industrial products.By injection molding,the continuous mass production of complex shape,clear outline and thin-walled deep cavity of precision injection molded parts,this is can't be matched by other method.But in the traditional injection molding production industry,skilled workers,usually according to their own production experience random process parameters,the lack of a unified theoretical guidance.By means of injection molding simulation software Mold flow,visualization plastic melt filling and solidification process,according to the state of plastics melt flow molding,to predict the size and location of the defects and then choose the reasonable process parameters optimization.Prenatal simulation analysis,the use of reasonable injection production parameters,the qualified casting can be got,make enterprises more competitive in the market.This research on the basis of Shen yang electrical appliance factory production of relay shell products.Frame relay shell structure is complex,grooves and deep cavity is more,for this kind of electronic product,its function and role of the environment determines the inner strength and shape accuracy is higher,there is no weld marks,bubble,warping deformation and shrinkage cavity defects,forming relatively narrow window.According to the structural characteristics of shell frame,the use of Mold flow,CAD and CAD Doctor,has carried on the numerical simulation and process optimization,design the gating system and cooling system.Design the DOE of orthogonal experiment,obtained the optimization can be applied to practical production process combination and the parameters of the impact factor is:the melt temperature285?,mold temperature was90?,injection time is1.2s,pressure curve after the first constant voltage linear decreasing pressure,constant pressure time is 6s,decreasing the time of 3.5s,85%of the holding pressure for filling.Changes the single factor experiment was carried out to study the different process parameters on the influence degree of the plastic parts warp distortion,show that the influence of different process parameters on the buckling deformation degree is different,the effect of order:the holding pressure>melt temperature>mold temperature>the holding pressure time.To optimize the process parameters used in the optimal design of injection mould,produce the frame relay shell molding mould for the actual production of the shell frame.According to the frame relay shell and according to the factory production standard and the simulation prediction results to the corresponding product inspection,the high quality relay shell injection molded parts.Through the test mould products inspection,confirmed the counting machine numerical simulation used in actual production,a better solution to frame relay shell plastic parts of the actual difficulties in production,science and the improvement of shell frame product quality and production efficiency to reduce the production cost,but also improves the economic benefits and social benefits for the enterprise.
