With the rapid development of space technology in China,solid coating plays an important role in meeting the requirements of high reliability,long life and high precision for the active parts of space mechanism.The solid coating is currently used as a surface treatment technology in space bearings.The stress analysis and life calculation of the coating are mostly based on the simple ball disk friction pair.The design method and wear life of the rolling bearing based on the stress analysis and wear failure mechanism are rarely reported It is important for the application of solid lubricating bearing to establish the stress analysis model of the interface of the rolling bearing coating-substrate and the wear life model of the bearing coating.The interfacial stress under film bonding force obtained from scratch test of coating is used as the criterion of desorption.In order to obtain the stress value of the interface between the lubricating film and the raceway in the roller bearing,which can be used for the evaluation of the stress boundary,the contact load of the roller and the raceway is obtained through the pseudo dynamic analysis of the roller bearing.Based on the contact deformation analysis with the surface of the coating,a two-dimensional contact surface stress calculation model is established.The stress distribution of the interface between the coating and the substrate,is obtained by the complex Simpson integral formula based on the solution of the two dimensional concentrating force.A stress analysis model for the interface between solid lubricant rolling bearings and raceway is established.The influence of the change of the coating parameters on the force is analyzed: The soft film increased the contact radius,reduced the x? stress at the interface,and reduced the xy? stress at the contact edge,which was opposite to that of the hard film.The contact load of the ball and the raceway is obtained by the pseudo dynamic analysis of the ball bearing,and the stress distribution of the surface is obtained through the three-dimensional expansion of the Hertz contact.The solution of the mirror image method under the distribution force is solved by the double complex trapezoid numerical integration.A stress calculation model for the interface between coating and raceway in ball bearings is established.The effect of coating parameters on interface stress is analyzed.With the increase of thickness,the x? value of the soft membrane decreases,and the xz? value increases,and the dura is similar to that of the soft membrane.Based on the Archard wear model,considered the stress velocity distribution of the contact area between the rolling body and the coating during the bearing operation,the wear life model of the solid lubrication film of the rolling bearing is established.Based on the stress boundary under the critical load of scratch test and the wear coefficient of the ball-on-disk wear experiment,a software program which includes the pseudo dynamic analysis of bearing and the calculation of stress and the calculation of wear life can be developed to realize the parameter design of the solid lubricating film in the bearing and the calculation of the wear life.The parameter design and life prediction software of solid lubrication film for rolling bearings were developed.
