In order to deepen the implementation of national scientific and technological innovation-driven development strategy,speed up the construction of ecological civilization and improve the quality of ecological environment,water quality evaluation and water ecological function zoning in Songhua River basin were studied.The rational zoning of hydro-ecological function fully reflects the water environment management idea of " grading,classification,zoning and staging ",which is an important basis for the management of aquatic environment and water ecosystem management.In addition,with the development of environmental monitoring and other technologies,more and more environmental data are collected.In environmental management,if multi-source data fusion can be realized,more comprehensive and reasonable environmental evaluation results will be obtained,so as to formulate environmental management plans according to local conditions.Therefore,this paper uses data fusion technology to evaluate and classify the importance of water ecological function in Songhua River basin,so as to promote the application and development of big data technology in the environmental field.First,the collected data were classified by the big data classification method,and the usability of the data was analyzed from five dimensions,so as to form the environmental database needed by this research.Then,the water quality of typical monitoring sections of Songhua River basin was evaluated by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of combined weight.When calculating the weight,the entropy weight method and the analytic hierarchy process were combined to comprehensively consider the influence of the most serious pollution index and the interaction between each evaluation index.Water quality evaluation results show that the trend of Songhua River basin in 2012-2014 water quality is relatively stable,mainly ?,? water quality.The overall water quality of nenjiang river basin is relatively good,and that of songhua river mainstream is poor.Second,using data fusion technology,through the comprehensive analysis of the songhua river basin ecological environment and social economic factors,the five water ecological function was evaluated,including habitat maintenance,water conservation,biodiversity maintenance,agricultural production maintenance and urban support,the evaluation results were divided into four importance level.According to the evaluation results,the Songhua River basin was divided into 65 water ecological functional zones based on the three-level division of water ecological function.Partition results conform to reality,which offers a scientific basis for water conservation plan formulation.The evaluation index system can provide a reference for the research on the importance level of water ecological function in other basins,and the Arc GIS software was used as a platform to make the research process more convenient and feasible.Finally,the distribution characteristics of five water ecological functional areas in songhua river basin were analyzed according to the results of four water ecological functions.Combined with the regional characteristics of the songhua river basin,water ecological protection and restoration measures were proposed for the five water ecological functional areas.However,the four-level partition discussed in this paper was analyzed and obtained on the basis of existing data.With the influence of human activities interference or natural changes,it should be adjusted periodically to meet the overall demand of water ecological construction.
