XK2127 Style Moving beam gantry CNC boring and milling machine is a machine tool,it have capability of high efficiency ? high precision for processing big metal part.This machine is gantry structure,two columns is fixed on the ground.A fixed beam connect with side of two columns,the bed is fixed on the ground,the moving beam can move on the column through the guide way.The worktable can move on the bed through the guide way.The main spindle system is install on the slide board,the slide board can move on the beam through the guide way.Many kinds of function head is fixed on the top of the ram,these function heads extend the range of the machine's processing.The function head exchange is automatic.It have capability of automatic dividing head.It can machine the parts which have inclined plane and inclined hole.This machine is mainly used for machine big parts that it from bracket and box.It widely used in many kinds of industry factory.Especially suitable for processing the key parts in National defense ?Military project?Aeronautical and space technology?Power generation equipment?Energy and transportation?mold manufacture.etc.This machine have capability for drilling hole,boring hole,cutting groove,milling plane on the part's five surfaces at one clamped.Therefore,it is great significance to design and research on this machine.In the first place,This machine tool's parameter is ascertained by comparing with domestic and foreign machine tool's parameter.In the next place,This article introduce main structure of this machine tool,It contains main big w ork piece?main drive system?feed drive system.At the same time,This article calculate the inertia matching and torque matching between load and motor.The theory of finite element method analysis is mentioned in this article,The beam is one of the most important work piece of this machine.The beam is modeled and analyzed by inventor.The deformation curve of faying surface is got by analyze.In order to solve the deformation of the beam,the article create a method is that “reverse deformation machining”.The machining accuracy of the beam has been satisfied by this method.According to the requirements of the long stroke of the worktable feed,In view of the problem of the bending deformation of the filament bar in the feed mechanism of the worktable,Through the force analysis and the finite element software,The feeding rod of the worktable is analyzed by the finite element method.A compensation mechanism for solving the deformation of long lead screw is designed.The utility model compensates the d eformation of the long lead screw by the mechanism.It meets the requirement of machining accuracy of machine tool.Due to the main drive system?the ram system and Y axis feed system of the machine are moved on the beam.The beam deformation caused by uneven force.The force of the beam under actual working condition is carried out.This article mentioned a kind of compensation mechanism,It contains two hydraulic cylinders are added at both ends of the bottom of the beam,at the same time,the two hydraulic cylinders are controlled by proportional valves.The deformation of the beam caused by the load move on it at t otal excursion are compensated by the pressure of two hydraulic cylinders.This is a new method to solve the problem of the beam deformation by the load stress.It meets the requirement of Y axis motion accuracy of machine tool.This article introduce a method for machine tool accuracy test,Using Renishaw laser measuring instrument to measure the data of positioning accuracy?repeat positioning accuracy and reverse difference of the X ?Y?Z?W axis of the machine tool.The actual measurement accuracy curve is obtained.The measurement results is satisfied with the requirements accuracy of machine tool.
