In order to solve the problem of poor visual effect,narrow support range for printing equipment,and low efficiency of anti-copying technology,the paper proposed an anti-copy coding method of controlling screen grid pattern and unit classification based on basic principles of printing,human visual and equipment characteristics.Aiming at the data volume of the page description file,the time of data transmission and data processing of the print controller,the paper optimized and improved the pivotal algorithms and carried out the software system of anti-copy calibration sample.Using various anti-copy parameters,including gray value of foreground text and background pattern,various masking pattern,the paper obtained anti-copy shading with various parameters.In the VS 2012 integrated development environment,based on the software design framework of MFC,a anti-copy shading calibration proof production system was developed,and anti-copy shading calibration proofs with different parameters were generated by the system.The conclusions are as follows:duo to the various parameter values in the different area of anti-copy shading calibration proofs,the anti-copy shading can better adapt to different ink settings to satisfy the needs of different equipment,and has a better visual effect;the time of shading generation is shortened by unit classification coding method;The software system is suitable for a variety of operating systems.It can,to a certain extent,solve the problems of anti-copy shading technology.
