Ecological Environmental Quality Assessment Of The Silk Road Economic Belt

At present,along with the gradual deepening of the construction,the ecological destruction problem of silk road economic belt is becoming increasingly serious,which is an insuperable divide of the ancient silk road.In order to correctly handle the relationship between regional economic development and the eco-environment,we should practice the new concept of "Innovation,Coordination,Green,Openness,and Sharing".In order to enhance the level of social-economic-natural harmonious development along the Silk Road,this paper fully draws on the principles of ecological economics,sustainable development theory and environmental carrying capacity theory,from nature(ecological tolerance),man-made(ecological vulnerability)and ecological self-purification three angles of ability evaluate the quality of the eco-environment.First of all,from the perspective of ecological natural levels(including atmospheric environmental factors,topography and geomorphology factors,climatic factors,water factors)and ecosystem service levels analies the status of the ecological endurance;Secondly we take three aspects of human intervention elaborate on the destruction of human environ went to the ecological environment.Finally,the self-purification capabilities of water,atmosphere,and forest are analyzed to provide decision-making basis for the mana,ement of ecological environment in countries along the route.At the same time,the"book keeping" and "management" of environmental accounting into the natural envir onment accounting ideas,adopt diversified measurement attributes and methods of ecological natural assets and its change records and analysis.The results show that the overall score of ecological environment along the silk road economic belt is low,and the quality level of ecological environment is generally lower than that of the silk road economic belt.There are 9 countries with average quality of ecological environment.There are 16 countries with poor quality of ecological environment.There are 10 countries where the quality of the ecological environment is extremely poor.On the whole,the green development along the silk road economic belt is stil in its infancy.On this basis,according the eco-natural asset(refers,to the consumption of social andeconomic developmeng),in view of the heavy consumption,we should take some aspects from economic development,laws regulations,industry choice.
