Social Responsibility Evaluation Of Listed Iron And Steel Enterprises

Under the influence of social and economic development,people's sense of responsibility and concept are becoming stronger and stronger.At present,when people begin to evaluate enterprises,they usually regard the social responsibility of their stakeholders as an important indicator.At present,enterprises' strengthening their social responsibilities can not only enhance their competitiveness,but also demand the international market and international trade.All the time,the iron and steel enterprises are in the pillar position of our country's economic development,and the economy of our country can be promoted so fast,and these enterprises play a great role.At present,all walks of life have begun to pay attention to the evaluation of social responsibility of such enterprises.As far as the actual situation of iron and steel enterprises is concerned,the knowledge of social responsibility is not clear enough,and the legal interests of the stakeholders are not enough to be paid enough attention and attention in the process of operation.At present,our country is developing the sustainable development and the harmonious society.In this context,it is impossible to make a comprehensive evaluation of the social responsibility of the enterprise by relying solely on the economic index.Therefore,we should first establish a scientific and comprehensive evaluation system of the economic,environmental,humanistic and social factors.In view of the iron and steel enterprises,this paper sets up a set of evaluation index system for the characteristics and industry situation of this kind of enterprise at present,and hopes that this research can provide some support and help for the development and construction of social responsibility of such enterprises.On the whole,this paper mainly focuses on the following aspects: first,the status of social responsibility of iron and steel enterprises is analyzed,the connotation of corporate social responsibility and the research achievements and development trends of corporate social responsibility evaluation are combed,and the theoretical foundation of this paper is laid.On this basis,the steel enterprises in China are combined with the steel enterprises in China.The characteristics of the industry,designed the questionnaire for the evaluation of the social responsibility of steel enterprises,and tested the reliability and validity of the questionnaire.The weight coefficient of the evaluation indexes at all levels was determined through the description of the sample characteristics and the standardization of evaluation indexes.The model foundation was laid for the follow-up empirical analysis,and the steel enterprises were constructed in this paper.The Social Responsibility Evaluation System of Shanghai Baoshan Iron and Steel Group Co.Ltd.evaluates the social responsibility of Baoshan Iron and steel group.Through the evaluation of the social responsibility of the enterprise in 2012-2015 years,the status of social responsibility of the enterprise will change with the situation of political and economic development at home and abroad.In the study period,the overall score ofCSR evaluation of Shanghai Baosteel Group reached the highest in 2014,reaching64.95.Based on the empirical data and the background of the enterprise development,this paper analyzes the score of seven stakeholders of Shanghai Baoshan Iron and Steel Group on corporate social responsibility.Finally,the optimization measures and suggestions for strengthening social responsibility of iron and steel enterprises are put forward.
