Research On Improving The Social Responsibility Ability Of Shandong Iron And Steel Group

In recent years,with the rapid development of China's economy and the emergence of more and more social problems in the process of industrialization,the academic community has paid more and more attention to the study of corporate social responsibility.Shandong iron and steel group is one of the largest iron and steel enterprises in shandong province,has a pivotal position in economic development in shandong province,should undertake their own national economic development and improve people's living standards,strictly abide by the laws and regulations request,follow the social morality,maintaining the state environmental protection career and human ecological,add force to the construction of a harmonious society such as socia l responsibility.The problem of overcapacity in the steel industry has led to the decline in steel prices.Most of the steel enterprises have suffered a sharp decline in performance or even suffered losses,which has seriously caused steel enterprises to stop production.The whole industry is facing huge challenges.Under such a background,it is necessary for shandong iron and steel group to establish a set of CSR index evaluation system that can fully adapt to the current economic development conditions and is scientific and effective,so as to meet the requirements of sustainable development in the new situation and assume the social responsibility in the transformation of old drivers.This article selects Shandong Iron and Steel Group as the case study object.Based on the actual situation of Shandong Iron and Steel Group,it determines the social responsibility evaluation index,calculates the social responsibility evaluation index,and points out the existing problems of Shandong Iron and Steel Group in fulfilling social responsibility.Put forward a series of suggestions for Shandong Iron and Steel Group to better fulfill its social responsibilities in the future.Through this study,it is believed that steel companies should assume social responsibili ties to the above stakeholders,as well as the social responsibilities of employees,energy,and the environment due to industry requirements.It is hoped that the research results of this article can provide data support for the optimization of social res ponsibility of Shandong Iron and Steel Group.I also hope that this article can provide evidence of some case empirical analysis data for other domestic enterprises to actively undertake social responsibilities.
