As an indispensable large-scale mechanical equipment in modern industry,casting Crane is widely used in metallurgical industry.With the development of science and technology,intelligent algorithms have become an industry trend for crane optimization design.As to the light design of the main beam of the Casting Crane,some intelligent algorithms or its improvements are adopted,but there are still some shortcomings such as slow convergence speed,easy to fall into local optimization,large computation and low precision and so on.Based on the research of random search algorithm,particle swarm algorithm and chaos optimization algorithm,this paper mainly introduces the concept of cooperative optimization and puts forward the research of cooperative optimization design about the light of main beam of casting crane.Key elements included:1)The design calculation and verification of force analysis,static strength,fatigue strength,dynamic stiffness,static stiffness,overall stability and local stability of the main girder of the partial rail box.2)Taking an eight parameters of the main beam section as design variables,using the strength,stiffness,manufacturing process,mechanical properties of the main beam section as constraints,and the minimum area of the main beam section as the target function,the optimization mathematical model of the partial rail box of main beam is established.3)Taking the 100/40t-28.5m double-beam casting crane as an engineering example,respectively using random search algorithm,chaos optimization algorithm and particle swarm algorithm to design the box main beam of casting crane,then optimizing the iterative curve according to the three intelligent algorithms mentioned above,taking the speed of decline,the speed of convergence and the minimum number of iterations as the main basis for intelligent decision.The advantages of the three kinds of intelligent algorithms are gathered together to form a new optimal algorithm,and the algorithm is applied to the practical application of two-beam casting crane.4)By using ANSYS parametric APDL to build the solid modeling of the box casting crane,parameter setting,constraint loading,grid division,load loading and post-processing.The analysis shows that the optimized parameters satisfy the requirements of strength and stiffness design of the main beam.5)Using Microsoft Visual Studio 2012 as the development platform,C#programming language is used to develop the development the visual operating system software for lightweight design of the box main beam of casting crane.
