Coal resources play a decisive role in China's one-time energy structure.As the core equipment for coal mining,the safety and efficiency of coal mining machines directly affects the production efficiency of coal.Therefore,we need to study the method to improve the reliability of the shearer.The improvement of the reliability of the shearer not only needs to adjust the structure of the shearer,but more importantly,it monitors the shearer and judges the shearer.Is it working properly? Therefore,the establishment of a three-dimensional dynamic visualization system for the shearer can not only simulate the down hole movement conditions of the shearer,but also can be adjusted appropriately according to the motion parameters of the corresponding working conditions.It is of great significance to the construction of the digitizer of coal mining machine.In this paper,after the three-dimensional visualization technology of coal mining machine is studied,the platform and technical route for the three-dimensional visualization system of coal mining machine are determined.First,analyze the overall structure,working principle,and height adjustment mechanism of the shearer,complete the shearer structure and increase the Simulink model of the hydraulic system;secondly,use the SqlServer to increase the core data in the Simulink model of the hydraulic system according to the shearer.The database of the shearer database was built in the database to save and modify the data.Then,based on the actual working conditions of the coal shearer,a three-dimensional animation of the shearer simulating the downhole motion conditions of the coal shearer was created on the unity3 D platform using the 3D model of the shearer.According to the three-dimensional animation of the shearer,the key data of the shearer movement can be clearly understood.Finally,the goal of three-dimensional dynamic visualization of the shearer is completed.This article has achieved the following results:(1)This paper takes the MG750/1940-WD AC traction shearer as the research object,through the description of its structural composition and the functional role of each part,as well as the theoretical analysis and mathematical modeling of the height-adjustment mechanism of the coal mining machine.The Simulink model of the shearer heightening hydraulic system is adopted.For the core data in the Simulink model of the shearer heightening hydraulic system,the shearer database is built to save and modify the data.(2)By studying the down hole movement conditions of the shearer,the down hole motion conditions of the shearer can be roughly divided into 7 types of working conditions.The 3D model of the shearer was color-rendered and the motion coordinates were changed with the aid of the animation software Cinema4 D.In the animated production and editing platform unity3 D,three-dimensional animated simulation of the shearer under the shearer's down hole 7 conditions was completed.And completed the three-dimensional animation of the shearer control and animation simulation analysis.The three-dimensional animation of the shearer can not only realistically reproduce the motion conditions of the shearer,but also analyze the relevant parameters according to the motion conditions of the shearer,thus laying a foundation for the efficient and safe production of the shearer..(3)The 3D dynamic visualization system of the shearer was completed.Three-dimension animation simulation of shearer database and shearer is integrated into the three-dimensional dynamic visualization system of coal miner,and the content of visualization system of shearer is enriched.It includes modeling parameter module,help module and other modules.The three-dimensional dynamic visualization system of the shearer is a perfect software to simulate the down hole movement conditions of the shearer.
