The waste heat boiler is a kind of power equipment whose main function is heat transfer.The waste heat boiler can passes the heat from the high temperature flue gas to the water,so that the water can become steam under certain parameters.It is an important auxiliary equipment for energy saving and emission reduction in modern steel plants.In a production line of Baosteel,there is a dual-passage vertical waste heat boiler.In the actual operation process,the vibration of the boiler body is prominent,which seriously affects the safe operation of the boiler body.The leakage of the steam pipe on the top steel frame of the boiler,the remote level gauge oscillates,the water level of the oxygen scavenging tank is inaccurate,and the bolts are loosened,and the pipeline is partially fatigued.All these affect the operational safety of boiler equipment.This paper analyzes the structure of the vertical waste heat boiler body system and the importance of vibration safety control.The vibration source and vibration mechanism of the vertical waste heat boiler are analyzed,and the vibration source of the boiler is confirmed.The 3D model of vertical waste heat boiler is modeled by SOLIDWORKS.The vibration mode of the waste heat boiler is analyzed by the finite element method,and its vibration characteristics are obtained.The vibration control scheme is developed from the excitation source and the results of the vibration modal analysis.The vibration control is mainly based on the analysis of the influence of the water supply system of low pressure and the water supply of the high pressure water of supply system on the body vibration of the boiler.The vibration control measures are sought by controlling the amount of water,and the control of the rigidity of the inlet pipe and the stiffness of the top shelf.Finally,the experimental test verifies that the proposed control scheme can effectively control the vibration of the body of the waste heat boiler.In view of the problems encountered during the operation of the waste heat boiler,the author improves the safety of the boiler operation through the control and regulation of the flow of water,avoiding the natural vibration frequency of the boiler on the basis of the full investigation and research.
