Feeding system is an important link of blast furnace ironmaking production,morden blast furnace widely use belt conveyor as the feeding system,because of the continuity feeding feature.Large blast furnace body is very high,so the belt feeding system is very long.The weight of belt counterweight is very big(generally at about 40 tons in more than 4000 cubic meters of blast furnace).Because of the long-playing,the rollers?bearings?belt and so on of the main feeding system,need to replace due to the influence of various factors.In order to maintenance convenient,we often need to lift main belt counterweight more than 1m.In traditional way,we weld lifting lugs on the surrounding frame first,and use 4 ten-ton chains to hang up the counterweight,every chain needs 4 workmen to work.This method consumes a lot of workmen,and needs about one hour,can't meet the need for fast maintenance of equipments.This paper design and develop a set of automatic synchronizing lifting device to lift counterweight to required height quickly and efficiently,the set of device mainly includes the following contents:1.The steel structure frame as a carrier.Due to the online steel structures and equipments,new designed steel structure must be based on actual conditions to avoid the existing steel structures and equipments.In practice,we choose tic-tac-toe frame as the carrier,and the stability and strength must be checked.2.Transmission system.In this paper,I design pully and wire ropes as transmission system.Profit from pully's multiplication effect,this paper design hydraulic jack with effective travel of 0.5m can achieve the effect of the hoisting height 1 meter.3.Driving system.In this paper,I choose pumping station and hydraulic jack as hydraulic system.I designed the hydraulic jack because it's effective travel no less than0.5 meters.To make sure safety,it equipped with safety locking valve in this system.4.Detection and control system.In order to guarantee the synchronicity of each promotion location,I design a distance sensor with synchronization accuracy no less than 1 mm,and I adopt PLC control program.In this system,each point can be run separately,two points run synchronously,three points run synchronously,and four points run synchronously,improve the integrity and versatility of the system.When all function systems are designed complete,using software make model to verify the feasibility of the design.With this design,the belt conveyor is lifted up successfully,greatly reducing the labor input,improve the working efficiency.
