Wood drying is the basic process of wood processing and utilization,its energy consumption accounts for about 40%to 70%of the total energy consumption of wood products.Correct and proper drying of wood is not only the key to guarantee the quality of wood products,but also an important means to save energy and reduce costs.Therefore,when the wood is dry,improving the drying speed and quality is necessary for reducing the energy consumption and the drying cost.In this paper,the traditional hot air drying oven artificial hand lifting device was optimized.First,as the hand-cranked lifting device turns the worm and worm through the rocker to convert the rotational movement of the worm into the linear motion of the worm,the level of mechanization is low,the workflow is long,the artificial safety factor is low,Work efficiency is not high,poor operating environment and other issues seriously affected the hot air drying drying room drying efficiency.Hydraulic technology offers the following advantages over traditional machines:Hydraulic components are much more flexible than traditional machines in layout and installation,and can form complex systems to handle complex mechanical movements;hydraulic components are more versatile,Is conducive to the design and manufacture of machinery,helping to reduce production costs.And the entire hydraulic system in the work process requires the structure tends to be simple,high efficiency,safe and reliable work,easy to use and maintain.This improvement improves the efficiency during drying and the safety of the take-off and landing of the drying room door,simplifies the operation steps of the construction workers and optimizes the operating environment of the drying and drying room.Second,the movement of the hanger is simulated by NX8.5 software,The finite element analysis software Ansys was used to model the hanger device.The stress analysis of key parts was carried out to verify the feasibility of the device design,which provided valuable experience for the future improvement of the hydraulic equipment.Drying drying room in the conventional drying process,the initial frequent occurrence of wood cracking,bending deformation,shrinkage,discoloration and other dry defects,these dry defects mainly due to the divergence of the outlet air flow,Uneven distribution up and down,jet direction difficult to control and so on.Therefore,this paper also aims at improving the non-uniformity of the fluid flow characteristics in the conventional drying wood drying room.In order to improve the applicability of the conventional drying room for various types of wood drying,First,the drying oven axial motor selection T40-II 5A,the fan blade tilt angle is set to 25°,the outlet flow size is set to 7450m~3/h,according to the relevant research and analysis,set the new variable cross-section guide blowing device to improve the details of conventional dry drying room,By designing the deflector at the air outlet of the windshield,the size of the wind speed and the jet angle are changed by controlling the cross-sectional area of the outlet,the coefficient of variation of the optimized dryer is 7.7%,and the coefficient of variation is lower than that of the conventional dryer 17.6%,the overall uniformity increased by 69.3%.Second,under the circumstance that the axial flow fan and the fan blade tilt angle of the drying oven are constant,the variable cross-section guiding air blower is adjusted,The tuyere section is set to 600mm×200mm under the conditions,the air flow into the vertical air duct with the best jet,at the same time to get the best flow field running path,the uniformity of the best.The experiment verifies the rationality of the variable cross-section guiding air supply device and provides valuable drying experience for the future drying of wood with different parameters such as species,thickness and moisture content.
