China's vast areas of frequent fog and haze,the environmental situation is very grim,Guangdong honghaiwan Power Company Limited?hereinafter referred to as the Shanwei power plant?in the premise to meet the requirements of the national environmental standards,and actively explore further to NOx through the transformation of the special emission limit of50 mg/m3,SO2 special emission limits 35mg/m3,dust special emission limits for 5mg/m3 of the target.In Shanwei power plant 600MW coal-fired power generation unit,under full load and design coal conditions,the soot,sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides emission concentrations are 15,100,60mg/Nm3,respectively.At present,the unit flue gas emission index has not met the latest standard requirements,it is necessary to transform the flue gas treatment system.Firstly,through the research on the interpretation of national policies and ultra low emission transformation status,in-depth study and description of the existing dust removal technology,in-depth study of the transformation of the electrostatic precipitator,the low temperature electrical precipitator,rotating electrode dust collector,electric bag composite dust remover,wet electrostatic precipitator and other dust removal technology,is selected one can not only ensure the removal effect and can save money and time transformation scheme.Secondly,in-depth study and selection of retrofit scheme of desulfurization system,in the full investigation and access to large amounts of data,analysis of the integration of transformation,single tower and single tower double loop,double loop and double tray Twin Towers technology scheme,the scheme of a transformation effect,saving investment,suitable for Shanwei power plant,and through the transformation after the performance test to verify the effect of transformation.Again,the loss of funds through a single dust removal and desulfurization transformation caused by the transformation period and the difficulties brought about by the proposed single tower desulfurization dust removal technology integration depth reconstruction scheme,and discusses the principle and calculation of detailed scheme,through the study of integrated transformation of single tower project and the route that the advantages of integrated transformation of single tower.Finally,the Guangdong honghaiwan Power Company Limited?hereinafter referred to as the Shanwei power plant?through the transformation of single tower integration,single tower integration transformation technology successfully applied to engineering practice,and the parameters of performance acceptance reached the ideal value,spend less money,less in the system to change under the condition of low emission transformation.
