With the economic development of our country and the improvement of residents’ living standards,freshness will become the mainstream of our country’s dairy industry and people will pay more and more attention to the quality of dairy products.Dairy products are mainly divided into two categories according to the storage temperature,one is UHT milk,and the other is the milk products that need to be refrigerated and preserved,such as pasteurized milk and yoghurt.The changes of temperatures during the distribution of dairy products are irreversible to the quality of dairy products.In the cold chain delivery process,the opening of the door may cause the temperature inside the compartment to rise,affecting the quality of the remaining dairy product in the compartment.At present,drivers usually make delivery routes based on experience,so there may be more service customers in a single route.The more customers,which means more frequent door opening,the more frequent changes of temperature inside the compartment are,also the greater the probability of spoilage of dairy products is.Based on this background,this paper aims to improve the quality of dairy products to be delivered and consider the total cost of distribution,builds a cold chain logistics vehicle scheduling model,and optimizes the dairy cold chain logistics distribution network.This paper takes a dairy company as the research object,analyzes its existing problems during the cold chain logistics operation and the impact of the distribution process on the quality of dairy products,and finds that the number of customers serviced in a line,and whether the delivery and pickup are carried simultaneously are the main factors affecting the quality of dairy products in the distribution process.Based on the main factors influencing the quality of dairy products classification,the paper constructs 4 cold chain logistics distribution network optimization models on whether the number of line customers is limited or not,and whether delivery and pickup are carried out at the same time or not.The improved hybrid particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to solve the problem,and its advantages of short solution time,fast convergence and high solution accuracy are also verified.According to the current operating conditions of the enterprise,this paper analyzes the impact whether the number of line customers is limited or not and whether delivery and pickup are carried out simultaneously or not on the total cost of distribution and the quality dairy products delivered.At last,it proposes suggestions for the company to improve the quality of dairy products during the distribution.
