With the development of social economy and the improvement of people's living standard, people's demand for cold chain logistics is increasing, and the cold chain logistics has entered a rapid development stage.the logistics industry is an important branch of the cold chain logistics because of its high energy consumption and high carbon emission characteristics and the current social advocate "low carbon economy" exists between the contradictions, which makes the development of cold chain logistics business must also take into consideration the economic benefit and the environmental impact of the relationship between. This paper analyzes the characteristics of cold chain distribution of aquatic products,as well as the relationship between the low carbon and cold chain in the distribution process. The article considers different types of refrigerated vehicles mixed collocation transportation on the basis of the cost of other aquatic products cold chain logistics and distribution process, including fixed cost, transportation cost, water loss cost, cost of goods, the refrigeration cost of carbon emissions, and consider the aquatic products in transit time factors on the quality of the characteristics of index into the measurement of customer satisfaction index for customer service requirements time window and water quality,To solve the model and particle swarm optimization algorithm, finally through numerical simulations, analyzed by considering the price of carbon tax and carbon tax to solve differences without considering the cost price model, obtained in the cold chain logistics distribution path optimization model.Article considers carbon emissions will reduce carbon emissions more than effective. To reduce environmental pollution, reduce the transportation cost of logistics enterprises in the conclusion. This paper provides a theoretical reference for the cold chain logistics distribution enterprises of aquatic products in the distribution route planning.
