In recent years,the production capacity growth and release of iron and steel enterprises in China have speeded up,the whole industry has entered the crisis era.The severe market situation has put forward higher requirements for the management level of JT company.The increasingly diversified market demand and increasing market competition pressure have restricted the rapid development of enterprises and the steady promotion of economic benefits.The mixed market environment urgently requires enterprises to change their operation mode so as to better adapt to the new environment and competition needs.As an important link in the basic management work of JT company,purchasing business is highly valued by the leadership of the company.The cost of procurement has a direct impact on the overall profit of the company.Under the current situation of the depression of the steel industry,the aim is to innovate management ideas and transform the purchasing process.The advanced management method,improving the cumbersome organizational structure in the procurement process,and simplifying the implementation steps of the process are necessary guarantees for improving the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises.This paper takes the JT company of large iron and steel enterprises as the research object,combining with the concept of BPR management,deeply studies the process of oil procurement business,and innovating the purchasing model with strategic thinking to maximize the value of oil purchase.With "strengthening management,making good supply,reducing cost and deepening service awareness",through in-depth research on the transformation of ideas,advanced standards,transformation transformation and system reengineering,the current purchasing process of JT company is diagnosed,the existing problems and causes are found,and the design of process reengineering is carried out.Change the traditional purchasing way,eliminate the link of non value-added and wait,and improve the enterprise's cost,quality,service and benefit by vigorously promoting the reform and implementation.JT company established a set of efficient and feasible oil procurement process management system through the establishment of measures,management control,optimization process and system transformation.According to its own characteristics,the existing process is combed,the reengineering is made for planning management,bidding management,contract execution management,storage distribution management and procurement evaluation management,and improve the adaptability,so that the ability of other enterprises is better than the technology,group management,market response and so on..At the same time,combined with the construction of information system,under the new situation of changing market supply and demand,through continuous transformation,the operation mode of the new process can be reached to the best state,and the market ability,the production operation ability and the technological innovation ability of the enterprise can be rapidly improved,and the enterprise can provide the satisfied product kimono for the customers faster and better.Business.
