Affected by national policies and the international crude oil market,competition between China's natural gas filling stations has become increasingly fierce in recent years.How to improve work efficiency and service quality to a greater extent to attract and retain more customers has become a topic of concern for all natural gas filling stations..This article takes the business process of Lehai Road Natural Gas Refueling Station of Company H as the research object and guides the theory of process reengineering.Through in-depth analysis of the business processes in the station(including the procurement process,the unloading process,and the sales process),we found There are many problems in each sub-process,and the deep-seated causes of the problem are analyzed.Then,in the case of clarifying the goals,principles and overall ideas of the reengineering,a reengineering plan was proposed for the procurement process,the unloading process and the sales process,the implementation steps and the safeguards that should be implemented during the implementation process were clarified,and the effect of the process reconstruction As expected.This study reached the following conclusions:(1)There are many problems in the business process of the gas station,which results in low efficiency and service quality of the gas station.(2)The lack of strong personnel process awareness and the imperfect assessment and incentive system are the deep-seated causes of many problems in the gas station's business process.(3)By reengineering the business process of the gas station,key indicators such as work efficiency and service quality can be improved.This research can not only solve the dilemma faced by Lehai Road gas station,but also promote the continuous optimization of other processes of H Company,thereby enhancing the competitiveness of H Company.
