In view of the rapid and sustainable development of high-speed railway in China,carry out research on safety theory and practice of high-speed railway operation,and realize the safety guidance and scientific control over the entire chain of high-speed railway positions,the whole process,all-dimensional,all-weather.Through the analysis of high-speed railway safety situation in China and abroad,build the posts safe chain model of based on China's high-speed railway road conditions;The safety factors and their correlation analysis were carried out for the work of the chain nodes;The decision attribute of rough set model was extended,the safety factor reduction model was constructed,and the reduction of the safety factor of high-speed railway was obtained;Finally,the safety model of high-speed railway was designed through the creation of the security collection.(1)Establish the safety chain model of high-speed railway operation.Based on the research of "universal safety concept,active safety consciousness,and safety chain practice",make scientific definition for operation safety of high speed railway.Through the analysis of the operation process of high-speed railway and various positions,construct the safety chain model of high-speed railway operation.(2)Analyze the operating safety factors of high-speed railway.Combining high-speed rail operating post safety chain model,from the basic operating circuit,operation scheduling and operation control,using the PHA method,identify the high speed railway safety factors.Based on the Bow-tie model,the safety risk analysis of high-speed rail operation was carried out.(3)Obtain the important factors influencing of highDecision attribute of rough set model was extended.In view of the high speed rail safety-speed railway operation safety.factors affecting characteristic,design the new condition attribute dependency and attribute reduction algorithm to extract the accident treatment effective rules in the knowledge system.Build scientific safety factor reduction model to obtain the reduction of the safety factor of high-speed railway.(4)Design the safety risk assessment model for high-speed rail equipment.According to K-SIGMA method,coordinate group legal and Euclidean distance method,reference ALARP principle of risk concept and combined with high-speed rail equipment status to build high-speed rail K-SIGMA model of security risk assessment model.Help to early detect malfunction,missing or failure safety risk factors,and puts forward corresponding preventive measures,in order to reduce or avoid high-speed operation accident.
