Research On Quality Management Of Construction Safety Supervision And Management Platform In Q City

Safety in production relates to the safety of people's lives and property.Our country has always attached great importance to safety in production,and practically do a Good job of safe production is an indispensable part in the work of every level of government.At present,the electronic information platforms used by the domestic safety supervision departments mostly focus on the management of enterprise administrative license information,while the dynamic supervision on the operation of enterprises is relatively weak.The establishment of Q-city production safety supervision and management platform can put the daily operation and management of the enterprises into the scope of regulation,and make it convenient to supervise the management of enterprise safety production or dispatch timely,which can provide safety supervision information for the government and relevant departments,and can provide information and technical support for emergency response system and effectively improve the ability of emergency disposal and monitoring of major hazard source.At the same time,the establishment of the system is also an important part of the enterprise's comprehensive informatization.It plays an important role in reducing risk of accident,improving the ability of accident prediction,early warning and enterprise safety management.It is the innovation of the county level safety supervision department in terms of management.Facing this new project,it is necessary to carry out a further study of the quality management in the platform construction project.This paper is based on the basic theory of project quality management,employing literature study method and case study method,with the Q-city production safety supervision and management platform as an example,analysing based on three stages : the demand of confirmation,platform construction and acceptance.Flow chart,check table,causal analysis methods are used in this paper to analyze the problems and its causes existing in quality management.Find out problems and put forward optimization measures: optimize the allocation of staff,strengthen personnel training,be institutionalized,the functional requirements of each business departments to improve coordination needs confirmation and change management,rational planning schedule;eliminate human error,enhance the quality of check and punishment,reasonable progress planning,development and testing of reasonable synchronization,building a hardware test platform,optimize the data transfer protocol,optimize the management of data.
