Many scholars at home and abroad have conducted research on the relationship between corporate culture and organizational commitment,and the research results show that the correlation between the two is more significant.Corporate safety culture is an important part of corporate culture,and safety values are the core of safety culture.Based on the above,safety values and employee organizational commitment also have a certain relationship.This article focuses on the concept of safety values,analyzes the impact of safety values on organizational commitments,and discusses the mechanism of action.From the perspective of safety management,the company can effectively prevent the loss of excellent talents,so as to achieve a win-win situation for both companies and employees.Therefore,based on the relevant literature and data on the values of safety,the measurement structure of safety values was determined,four measurement variables of safety values(safety awareness,safety attitude,safety regulations,safety responsibility)and thirteen indicators were proposed;At the same time,on the basis of the relevant research materials of the employees' organizational commitments,the measurement structure of the employees' organizational commitments was determined,and the three measurement variables(emotional commitments,sustained commitments,and normative commitments)and Nineteen indicators of the organizational commitments of the employees were proposed.After reading a great deal of theoretical data about safety values and employee organizational commitment,the conceptual model of the concept of safety values and employee organizational commitment and the theoretical assumptions about the interaction between them are proposed.Based on this,a structural equation model was used to build a model of the relationship between safety values and employee organizational commitment.model built and the actual and effective data obtained through the questionnaire were good fit.The final result shows that the sense of safety responsibility has a significant impact on emotional commitment,normative commitment,and continuous commitment.The impact factors are 0.56,0.36,and 0.45 respectively.The safety regulations only have a significant impact on the normative commitment,the impact factor is 0.62;The safety attitude only has a significant impact on the sustained commitment,with an impact factor of 0.51.Safety awareness has a significant impact on emotional commitment and sustained commitment,with impact factors of 0.61 and 0.52.
