In this paper,coal mining haulage way Hong Liulin height fully mechanized mining face advanced support as the research object,developed a suspended step type fore poling hydraulic support.The bracket is composed of six longitudinal beams,four beams,a supporting cylinder and a horizontal cylinder hanging on the crossbeam.The support of the longitudinal beam supports the roof of the roadway.The crossbeam is the force transfer mechanism between the supporting cylinder and the longitudinal beam,and also the sliding mechanism of the horizontal movement of the longitudinal beam.According to the mechanical analysis of the surrounding rock of the roadway,the structure of the support and the performance parameters of the support are determined.Based on the research of the supporting principle and parameters,the 3D solid simulation model and the virtual prototype design are established,and the whole frame finite element strength analysis and material mechanics calculation are carried out for the advanced hydraulic support.Finally,according to the calculation results to complete the prototype design and manufacture of stents,the prototype through on-site industrial test and verification of the support structure design is reasonable,and verify the large mining height fully mechanized mining face roadway in coal mine of the preceding support of the Hong Liulin,high adaptability.It has universal guiding function for the advanced support technology of the haulage roadway in fully mechanized coal face with large mining height.Taking Solid Works software as platform,3D entity simulation model and virtual prototype are designed.Firstly,the entity model of each beam structure with advance support is established,and the model of each function jack is established separately.The virtual sample model of the scaffold is finished by virtual assembly.The static finite element static analysis of the model was carried out by using ANSYS software,and the mechanical model analysis and strength calculation were carried out according to the material mechanics theory.Two results are compared to verify the reliability of the two analytical methods.The field tests in Hong Liulin coal mine 15206 fully mechanized coal face show that,the advanced structure parameter support is reasonable and steady ability is very high,and can significantly improve the safety performance of advanced support of high mechanized mining face with large mining roadway.
