The excessive mining operation makes the surrounding rock of roadway bear cumulative impact from the beginning to the end.The irreversible strain under the impact will weaken the stability of roadway,and even more serious collapse and roof fall accidents will occur.This paper puts forward a kind of sliding type advanced support equipment,introduces the basic composition and working principle of the sliding type advanced support,and studies the mechanical characteristics of the equipment,which has a very important theoretical and practical significance for the application of sliding type advanced support,effective control of roof deformation,and guarantee the efficient production of alternate mining and excavation.Based on Solid Works software,the solid model of sliding advanced support is established.Considering the rock mass properties of fully mechanized roadway,the roof mechanical model of fully mechanized roadway is established.Through the way of mechanism modeling,the static and dynamic models between support and roof are constructed respectively.ANSYS Workbench software is used to analyze the stress and strain of the sliding type advanced support under the influence of roof load under two working conditions: the walking process state and the full support state.The fundamental reason for the deformation of the advanced support structure is analyzed,and the deformation rules of the advanced support structure are obtained.Recur Dyn software is used for simulation analysis,and the flexible simulation model of sliding type advanced support is established.The force of beam and the strain of cylinder in the process of longitudinal beam moving are obtained by analyzing the simulation results.Combining the traditional PID and fuzzy control technology,the effective parameters of PID are adjusted by self stabilization to improve the adaptability of the PID controller in the control process.At the same time,the simulation experiment of the support force automatic control system is carried out,and the data of the supporting force of each group of columns when the experimental prototype of the advanced support is in the transition state is obtained.The prototype was tested in 18106 fully mechanized working face of Xiegou Coal Mine.The test results show that the structure of the sliding type advanced support is reasonable,and it shows the characteristics of high reliability,strong supporting force and good stability in practical application.The use of sliding advanced support makes the roof deformation controlled,and the safety of workers is guaranteed.
