As an important basic energy and raw material in our country,coal occupies important strategic position in the national economy.In recent years,the coal mine safety production situation in Shaanxi province continued to improve,the coal mine mortality per million tons decreased year by year,but the present situation is still severe in domestic coal mines that the total amount of coal mine accidents is still high and great accidents occur frequently.For controlling coalmine accident,it is necessary to seek a scientific and comprehensive forewarning method.Based on the research of characteristics of coal production,accident-causing theory,forewarning theory and unascertained measurement theory,this paper studied the coal mine safety forewarning model of Shaanxi province.First,this paper analysis the direct cause,indirect cause and instinct cause of Shaanxi coalmine accidents.And then,according to exploring the various factors and the interrelationship of them that will affect the safety,the main influence factors of security risk of coal mine were determined to personnel factors,equipment factors,environment factors and management factors,and then established a scientific and reasonable indicator of early warning system.This paper determined the weight of evaluation indexes by Analytical Hierarchy Process method,and constructed the coalmine safety comprehensive evaluation model of coal mine based on unascertained measurement theory.Finally,this paper applies the model into one coalmine of Shaanxi.Practical application cases prove that comprehensive method is easy to operate and has better effect and it can be applied widely in coalmine safety forewarning.The research of coalmine accident causes of shaanxi province and the establishment of forewarning model have great significance for improving mine safety.
