Shenfu Mining area is an important hundred million tons coal production base in China.The geological structure is simple,the coal seam is shallow,the coal quality is good,the abundant reserves has made the great contribution to our country economy construction.Each year new roadway could be mining more than hundreds of kilometers in the mining area.The unreasonable roadway support method will directly cause the improvement of roadway repair rate,reduce the tunneling efficiency,increase the supporting cost of roadway,and seriously affect the safe and efficient production of coal.Therefore,this paper takes the 5-2 coal main return way and the 2004 working face of Anshan coal mine as the research object to study the roadway support parameter optimization technology.This paper analyzes the physical and mechanical parameters of surrounding rock and the structure of surrounding rock in the top and bottom of 2004 transportation roadway in Anshan coal mine,and grasps the characteristics of surrounding rock in the roadway of Anshan mine.Through theoretical analysis of the deformation and failure mechanism of surrounding rock and support theory,the initial design optimization of the supporting parameters is as follows:the optimized supporting parameters of the return roadway:The roof adopts?18×2000mm type rebar anchor rod,the distance between the rows is 900×1000mm,and the angle anchor rod and the help part are the 20° angle.The two help use ?18×1600mm type rebar anchor rod,between the row distance is 900×1000mm.Metal mesh,steel ladder supporting the use.The anchor cable adopts ?15.24×6000mm steel strand,and the spacing between anchor and cable is 2000mm×3000mm.The thickness of shotcrete is 100mm and the strength is C25.Optimized supporting parameters of stoping roadway:The roof adopts?18×2000mm type rebar anchor rod,the distance between the rows is 900×1000mm,and the angle anchor rod and the help part are the angle of 20°.During the test to help the department can not support,such as the occurrence of obvious pieces of the phenomenon,resulting in failure to meet the requirements of support,can be used ?18×1000mm-type rebar anchor,between the row distance for the 900×1000mm.The anchor cable uses ?15.24×6000mm steel Strand,the anchor cable uses three flower arrangement,the support spacing 2000mmx3000mm.The FLAC3D numerical simulation software is used to simulate and analyze the deformation characteristics of surrounding rock.After the optimized scheme is tested in the field,the loose range of the surrounding rock is monitored by the borehole peephole,and the surrounding rock deformation of the roadway is monitored to verify the feasibility of the optimized supporting parameters.The direct economic benefits of the optimized support parameters are analyzed.
