Earthquake happens frequently and economy is not developed in chilliness areas and cold region in Xinjiang.Aimed to change the backward rural living environment,a new compound insulation block bearing wall structure was put forward in the studying team.In order to meet the requirements of the villages and towns of Xinjiang construction conforms to the real green,conservation and sustainable development of the socialist rural living,cotton fiber blend desulfurization ash and many kinds of insulation materials to lightweight concrete hollow block hole.Basic mechanical performance of light grouted composite block masonry and thermal performance of wall was studied in this paper.The paper makes the light grouted composite block masonry as the research object,and uses the strength of the mortar and inner core strength as influencing factors,then a total of 12 groups of 36 pieces of composite block masonry compressive specimens and 6 groups of 36 pieces of composite block masonry shear specimens are designed and produced.The steady-state heat transfer theory was used to analyze the thermal performance of nine perforated walls and compared with the traditional wall.(1)Composite block masonry was subjected to compressive and shear tests1)Considering three types of mortar and three kinds of hole-filling materials,the 36 compressive specimens were tested for compressive strength,the results show: the mortar strength of the perforated masonry compressive strength is not significantly affected;under the same kind of strength,the compressive strength of the masonry with cotton stalk fiber added is lower than that without spun cotton fiber;grout hole filling masonry showed some ductility;compression failure of perforated masonry is divided into block splitting,block crushing,mortar crushing,core concrete collapse four forms of destruction.2)Considering three types of mortar and three kinds of hole-filling materials,the 36 shear specimens were tested for shear strength,the results show: the strength of perforated core is the main factor that affects the shear strength of masonry;the shear strength of the grouted masonry with spun laced fiber under the same strength is higher than that without spun fiber;there are four forms of destruction: single forms of damage vandalism,double shear damage,masonry damage,the failure of single-column core.(2)Composite block masonry was subjected to basic mechanical performance1)The influences of four factors,such as block strength,hole-filling material strength and material properties,mortar strength on the compressive strength and shear strength of composite block masonry are introduced.2)Based on the statistical test data of both compression and shear at home and abroad,based on the theoretical calculation model proposed by many scholars,the semi-theoretical and semi-empirical methods are used to conduct the regression analysis of the experimental data,computation formulas of compressive strength and shear strength of block masonry have been proposed.(3)Composite block walls was subjected to thermal performanceThe thermal performance of 9 composite block walls and 3 pieces of ordinary clay to brick wall were theoretically calculated by using steady-state heat transfer theory.The results show that the thermal conductivity of the inner core is more obvious than the mortar in the thermal performance of the wall;compared to clay brick walls,the composite block wall has the advantages of suitable materials,large heat transfer resistance.
