Research On The Efficiency Of Oil Field Screw Pump Direct-drive Equipment

At present,the production method of screw pump has become the most important artificial lift mining method in oilfield production.However,due to the lack of screw pump operating characteristics and actual working condition characteristics more indepth research,combined with the complexity of conventional screw pump drive,in the current difficult to fully play the advantages of screw pump in oil field production.The development of direct drive screw pump has greatly improved the production capacity of screw pump.Along with the application of screw pump is increasingly common,as well as the direct drive screw pump has many characteristics,the study of direct drive screw pump oil production system,not only can improve the direct drive screw pump in oil field work site performance and efficiency of oil production,more can achieve the goal of saving energy and reducing consumption.In this paper,the oil well inflow,screw pump displacement and direct-drive motor operating characteristics are analyzed respectively.Intensive analysis of the working characteristics of screw pump,and reasonable operation,on the whole for direct drive screw pump oil field drilling parameters were analyzed,and makes the efficient operation of the direct drive screw pump oil field oil production,improve the overall operating efficiency of oil production,decrease the cost of oilfield produc-tion.After experimental regression of screw pump characteristic curve and efficiency of direct driving motor load curve,synthesize the fitting polynomial expression.In direct driving screw pump system optimization theory,combining direct driving motor,speed,pump type,combination of rod string,and the pump depth and other parameters,establish scientific optimization combination method of direct driving screw pump system.Optimization compaerd the two Wells,making the screw pump oil well system performance is improved by 11.6% than before optimization.Using direct drice screw pump oil production research of efficiency,not only can save energy,reduce the production cost of oil field,also made a positive contrbution to oil production career forward.
