In our country's petroleum industry,a lot of oily sludge is produced every day,according to the national hazardous waste list requirements,oily sludge is a kind of hazardous waste,in the packaging,storage,transfer,disposal and other aspects of the strict requirements.Especially after the introduction of the new environmental protection law,on the production and management units for environmental pollution prevention and control responsibilities put forward clear requirements.With the development of oil field,construction activities become increasingly frequent,the production of oily sludge is increasing day by day,serious emulsification of oily sludge,subsequent disposal difficulties,bring on the soil surface serious harm to human health,such as groundwater in water,lead to the degree of harm to the environment is also increasing.a lot of oily sludge will be produced in the process of oil field development.Oily sludge contains a lot of resin,wax,asphaltene and solid clay particles,etc.How to easily and effectively carry out the recovery of oily sludge is a difficult problem before every oil worker.The characteristics of sludge in Daqing oilfield produced by different production processes,processing efficiency on extraction,incineration,fluidization and centrifugal method and microbial remediation and other methods,optimizing the experimental conditions,the establishment of treatment of oily sludge in Daqing oilfield,and the application in Xingbei oil sludge treatment station.The extraction of oil sludge from clear tank shows that the extraction efficiency of crude oil is affected by stirring time,extraction temperature and the amount of extractant.The pipeline perforation of oily sludge incineration test,two kinds of combustion efficiency under the condition of sludge is higher than the combustion efficiency of coal burning,and oil content in the residue was not detected.The oily sludge fluidized-conditioning centrifugal technology process of cast and 2% aqueous emulsion breaker,the heating temperature is 40 degrees centigrade,the duration of60 min,centrifugal speed setting in the 4000r/min condition,the oily sludge treatment had the best effect,the final sludge oil content is less than 2%.The extraction methods of microbial degradation,oily sludge incineration,contrast oil sludge extraction rate is not high;using gasoline as extractant has high cost,and it is difficult to carry out large-scale industrial production.incineration sludge has two pollution produced during incineration and the resoutce cannot be effectively recycled.The removal rate of crude oil is about 82%,and the crude oil can be recycled.On the basis of the above research,the field application of fluidized-oxidation-control-centrifugal oily sludge treatment technology has been carried out.The 3factor setting of oily sludge demulsification process 3 Gradientorthogonal experiment,the best demulsification conditions: oily sludge in the oily sludge is heated to 40 DEG C,heating 80 min dosage is 3% of the mass of sludge,oily sludge oil content can be decreased to 2.99%,the highest oil removal efficiency.The effects of other factors on the oily sludge treatment effect,find the optimum water cycle time was 10 days;the dosage of flocculant with the sludge solid content change,the higher the optimum dosage of flocculant containing solid rate increases;with the increase of temperature,the oily sludge treatment effect,when the temperature rises to 27 degrees,the oil content of treated sludge can be reduced to1.87 mg/L.Through the technical and economic analysis,found that the selection of optimum parameters of the subject,"tons of oil processing cost flow-conditioning centrifugal process by 1529.8 yuan / ton fell to 1398.6 yuan / ton,realize the resource disposal of oily sludge is safe,economic and efficient.The study of the project clarified the possibility of engineering application of fluidization,conditioning and centrifugal technology,and determined the optimum range of technological parameters,providing technical support for safe treatment and utilization of oily sludge.
