China has a number of cities began to practice the practice of ecological control,to explore how the process of rapid urbanization in the city to keep the "bottom line." At present,the ecological control system is often faced with the following problems: First,the planning of the ecological control area and adjacent to the centralized construction of the ecological Study on the Theoretical Basis of Green Infrastructure and Ecological ManagementFirst of all,the author analyzes the relationship between the core structure,the target system,the spatial scale and the carrier of the green infrastructure planning and the ecological control planning.It is concluded that the main body of the two types of planning is the urban and rural ecological network space,The former focuses on spatial optimization and functional research,the latter focuses on the conservation of ecological space research,although the role of the two types of planning is not the same but the function is relying on each other to jointly build urban and rural ecological space system,this part is not only follow-up study The author also provides a theoretical basis for the green infrastructure planning under the ecological control of the case.Secondly,the author summarizes the three aspects of the green infrastructure network based on the ecological control under the three
