The game bar as a kind of injective children intelligence toys becomes more and more popular.At present,the game bar products on the blanking process mainly adopts the artificial method,artificial way has low efficiency,stable quality,high labor intensity,poor working conditions and other issues.Therefore,it is vital to develop an economical and practical automatic feeding equipment.According to the actual demand,automatic feeding equipment has been designed.At the same time the key components of the device structure and the precision distribution has also been optimized,and take the prototype in experiment.The main work is as follows:(1)On the basis of analyzing the manufacturing technique of the traditional game bar and the demand of the feeding machine;And then,through the comparative analysis of the function of the original understanding,The totally system solutions about the feeding equipment of the game bar has been determined.(2)According to the requirements of the overall design process,the game bar automatic feeding device and automatic production lineused modular design concept.Through the scheme contrast and parameter calculation,theautomatic feeding device of the feeding module,pull-down module,switch module,synchronization module,pull module,blanking module all be designed in detail.During the process,through establishing the approximate model of the objective function and adopting many island genetic algorithm to optimize the overall structure parameters of the synchronous machine.Under the condition of the variable requirement,lightening the synchronous machine guaranteed the running reliability of the synchronous machine.(3)Aiming at the problem which material in the process of steel crushed,analyzing the error sources about the automatic welding device positioning accuracy,according to theory to establish the static error which model based on sensitivity analysis,and the error in precision and reliability as the performance index constraints,in order to minimize the cost,static precision distribution error has been optimized.(4)The game completes the bar automatic feeding prototype fabrication and performance testing.The design of the SIEMENS S7-200 series PLC control system of automatic feeding,completed the test run of the prototype.The prototype of fault generation during operation were analyzed and the prototype beat,the qualified rate of the game bar was tested.
