With the expansion of the packaging market in China,vertical packaging machines have a higher proportion in the food packaging industry.However,the vertical sealing methods used in domestic vertical packaging machines are inefficient and have poor reliability and cannot meet market demands.In order to improve the production efficiency and reliability of domestic equipment,a reciprocating vertical sealing mechanism is studied in this paper.The main sources of error are determined through the study of its movement methods,and the reliability of key structures is analyzed by finite element analysis.The vertical seal is stable and reliable.Adams is used for kinetic analysis to study whether it can achieve the best conditions for vertical sealing of different types of packaging films.The specific research content is as follows:Determine the overall structure and design of the high-speed vertical filling and packaging machine,and study the mechanism characteristics and working principles of the film feeding mechanism,film pulling mechanism,and vertical sealing mechanism.The principle of the film feeding mechanism in the film feeding process automatically adjusts the position of the film through the structural characteristics is described.For the comparison of several film pulling mechanisms,the film pulling mechanism most suitable for the design of the packaging machine is selected,and its working principle is analyzed.Select the shape and number of the grooves on the pull film to prevent the pull film mechanism from slipping,and stabilize the packaging film during the pull film process.Determine the overall structure of the vertical sealing mechanism,based on which the reliability and working conditions of the vertical sealing mechanism are studied.Simplify the mechanical model of the vertical sealing mechanism,analyze its movement and error,and determine the main source of error.Research on the reliability of the key components of the mechanism,as well as the finite element analysis of the stress and heat conditions of the heat sealing plate of key components,determine that the main transmission parts and actuators of the vertical seal mechanism have little effect on the vertical sealing process.The next dynamics study laid the foundation.The dynamics of the longitudinal sealing process of the vertical sealing mechanism was studied using Adams software.By comparing the working parameters of the mechanism after changing the distance between the two plates in the original setting conditions and adjusting the distance indicator,the vertical film was sealed to the packaging film.The pressure can be adjusted according to the type of the seal.Finally,the vertical sealing mechanism can achieve the optimum sealing conditions after adjustment according to the different packaging films.Through the study of the vertical sealing process of vertical high-speed packaging machines,it provides reference for packaging machines on how to achieve the best sealing conditions for different packaging films.
