The paper-transferring mechanism is a key part of the sheet-feed offset press.The property of the paper-transferring mechanism on the printing press has animportant effect on the speed and precision of the whole machine. The requirementfor machines to run at higher speeds brought to problems, such as internal body forcesincrease and vibrations. The paper-transferring mechanism is a cam drive four-barlinkage with the existence of elastic deformation, In order to improve the dynamiccharacteristic of the sheet transfer mechanism, the dynamics model of the fix-centereddown swinging sheet transfer mechanism of the offset press is established. This articlecombines BEIRREN300press from BeiRen Printing Machinery Holding Ltd, theoryanalysis of fix-centered down swinging sheet transfer mechanism of the offset pressand exploitation of design&analysis software. Material content is as follows:According to the motion law of the transfer gripper and special motion curve waschosen. Kinematic synthesis proceeded from sheet transfer mechanism by usingvector solution, calculate cam profile. After compare two different mechanisms,conclude that improved paper-transferring mechanism’s maxima acceleration decrease20percent.Base on dimensions of links using3D model calculate mass property integrateresults from kinematic synthesis perform the dynamic statics analysis. Mathematicalmodel of elastic-body system is build, the dynamic response of the gripper wasworked out by solved the vibration equation. Conclude that in maxim speed16500Sheet/hour, the dynamic displacement of gripper is under tolerance grade.The parameterized software is programmed using Matlab. It could performkinematics and dynamics analysis of the mechanism under user input. Utilizing thedynamics analytical software ADAMS of mechanical system, the virtual prototypingmodel of sway downward paper feeding mechanical was established and a simulationanalysis was carried out.
