The continuous improvement of environmental awareness and the implementation of energy saving and environmental protection measures put forward higher requirements for green environmental protection in the field of rubber industry.As a contact medium between rubber and inorganic filler,sulfur-containing silane coupling agent plays a unique role in improving rubber properties,especially in improving rolling resistance,wet slip resistance,vulcanization reaction rate and dispersion of fillers.In this paper,the preparation method of Si69 modified multilayer graphene oxide(MGO)was studied.The properties of modified graphene oxide(SMGO)/ natural rubber(SMGO/CB/NR)composites and SMGO/CB/NR composites were studied by mechanical blending method.In this paper,Si69 was used to modify MGO.Three temperatures at 30 ?~ 45 ?~ 60 ?and pH value of Si69 hydrolysis solution were compared.Si69 was hydrolyzed at 45(p H = 6)and reacted with MGO at 60 ? ?.The results of MGO before and after modification showed that the MGO was successfully grafted on MGO,and the surface of MGO was more wrinkled and dispersed in rubber matrix.SMGO/NR composites were prepared by mechanical blending method.The vulcanization properties,mechanical properties,rheological properties and dispersion of SMGO and go were studied.The vulcanization rate of the composites significantly increased the Ghoreisy model,and the self-catalytic reaction model and the activation energy calculation of the vulcanization reaction also proved this,and the dispersion of SMGO was the best.Compared with the pure NR,the tensile strength and the dynamic internal friction properties of the composites were greatly improved,and the SMGO was dispersed more uniformly in NR matrix.The mechanism of NR reinforced by SMGO was studied.The results of FTIR Raman analysis showed that the disulfide bond was broken and the rubber chain was crosslinked in the presence of SMGO,and the interaction force between SMGO and NR was stronger than that between MGO and NR.NR/CB/SMGO composites were prepared and the vulcanization properties,mechanical properties,dynamic mechanical properties and dispersion of SMGO were studied.Go shows that when the CB is replaced by SMGO,the mechanical properties of the composites are more stable,and the energy storage modulus increases,and the rolling resistance and the wet-slip resistance of the composites decrease.
