A Research On Plastic Mould Products For S Company Based On Lean Production Theory

Plastic products are widely used in our life,and Plastic mould is the core of the plastic products manufacturing process.Plastic mold manufacturing production has the following characteristics: a small amount of diverse,high technical requirements,the management difficulty,long processing cycle and delivery is difficult to control;the cost is difficult to precise measurement.As an advanced management method,the lean production mode can help enterprises to reduce waste and result in cost savings,help to improve the production system and the level of process management.By implementing lean production mode,the product quality and operation efficiency can be improved,and will be increased.In 2010,in order to adapt to the changing market demand in mould manufacturing,make the enterprise maintain advantage in competitive environment,the department of plastic mold in S Company began to implement lean production method by using lean production activities to promote production efficiency and improve product quality.In order to summarize the experiences of lean production practice in S Company,review the shortage,promote the better development of lean production,this thesis studies the lean production application in S Company.Firstly,the literature on lean production both at home and abroad is reviewed,and the main existing problems in the production process of plastic mould are analyzed.Then,the improved production process of plastic mould is designed using the theory of lean production;a lean production activities execution system and the organizational structure of a lean manufacturing implementation are set up.Finally the effect of the implementation of lean manufacturing is summarized.This thesis combed the production processor of plastic mold using the theory of lean production and application of tools,established a set of standardized production processes,and provided guidance to the mold production management.So the problems such as the low production efficiency,unstable quality,uncontrolled cost,and uncertain delivery are solved.The results of the study also can provide some beneficial reference of lean manufacturing for related companies.
