Analysis And Research On Production Cost Of Plastic Mould Manufacturing Process

This paper mainly researched on plastic mould manufacturing process with various factors influencing of mould production cost, so as to find out the optimization of manufacturing process of the main factors and solutions, to reduce mould manufacturing time and cost.Mould manufacturing process involves many aspects. A pair of mould production cost including mechanical processing program establishment, the choice of machine tools, mould processing fixture and gauge demand, and in accordance with the mould design drawings provided by the production of molds for other expenses. Modern processing equipment such as CNC lathes, milling machines and grinders, addition of EDM (including electric spark line cutting) and modern mould surface finishing method greatly reduces the cost of mould parts processing. Automatic CNC milling and deep hole drilling machine out of the die sleeve template parts processing a large number of manual machine operation. The mould assembly and commissioning phase of the cost of the same mould manufacturing process was the important influence factors.This thesis attempted to analyze deeply the influence factors, through the establishment of production cost of mould manufacturing model system. From geometry, production process control, manufacturing time, manufacturing cost and material cost and other aspects of analysis, using mathematical statistical method of plastic mould manufacturing key influencing factors, further researching on key manufacturing factors optimization.Through the study of this paper, obtained the following results:(1)In depth analysis of the plastic mould manufacturing process of the die cost composition and statistical requirements, used of the mathematical statistical method, the plastic mould manufacturing process various factors affecting cost were statistically, gives the manufacturing cost calculation.(2)The data were introduced to study the manufacturing cost of the analysis process, it made the results more accurate.(3)In the light of plastic mould design and manufacturing characteristic, the small mould for concentration analysis, making the research results more accurate.(4)Analysis impact on the plastic mould in the production process of precision manufacturing cost, obtaining the process of dimensional accuracy, surface roughness and shape precision was influenced by manufacturing cost were important facts. (5)On the influence of plastic mould manufacturing process cost of the three key factors, namely cavity NC processing time, processing time and electrode NC cavity machining time, in-depth analysis and experimental optimization, in production to achieve better guidance.
