Environmental protection system to deal with environmental protection and continuous prosperity has made major achievements.In 1977,Germany appeared the world's first environmental labeling program,and since then,many countries around the world have begun to adopt environmental labeling,which highlights the important performance,the logo of environmental protection began to be valued and made great progress.A particular organization or group that certifies the document by examining the product or service of an enterprise.Through this model guiding the consumer's spending direction,which act on the company's market share and income may promote the formation of social sustainable prosperity paradigm and spur the company to accept the clean production skills is its ultimate goal.It is very clear that,different from the old environmental law enforcement system,the environmental protection logo pay more attention to guide and spur the company to accept the most environmentally friendly production skills and manufacturing measures,which can be completed to protect and innovate the purpose of the environment so that the environmental logo was showing a great vitality and vitality.China's environmental labeling system has now gone through two decades of development process,but in practice,there are still many aspects of the lag,such as scattered provisions in the legislation and the lack of systematic problems.The identification of species and environmental labeling and its step-by-step aspects need to be further improved in the environmental labeling products;the clear process of environmental labeling and the decision to organize are lack of certain monitoring constraints;low level of public intervention exists in the performance of environmental labeling system in the whole process.In the environment of green supply side change,as a major form,environmental labeling is guiding green output and green loss to reach the goal of continuous prosperity,which has a very positive impact,so how to optimize the environmental labeling system to make it perform well is needed to explore.In this paper,through the use of the environmental labeling system structured discussion,we need to study the progress of the global environmental labeling system for today's China's environmental labeling system and the existing problems,give detailed improvements to make our environmental labeling system more sophisticated and effective,so as to promote the optimization of environmental protection and energy saving and green consumption.
