Since the 20 th century,with the continuous construction and development of cities,people have a substantial material foundation.Therefore more and more families own private cars.People spend a lot of time in the car.For this reason,the relationship between air quality of the car and people’s daily health becomes closer.There are lots of volatile organic compounds(the abbreviation is VOC)in the passenger car.When the concentration of volatiles in the car exceeds a certain level,users may experience physical discomfort in a very short period of time.They will feel headache and fatigue,and they will have the possiblity to feel convulsions in some severe situation.With the continuous development of the automotive market,consumers care the comfort and interior decoration.Therefore more and more textiles are used in the car.However,in the production process,dyes and auxiliaries are used which contain a lot of aldehydes,ketones,benzene and hydrocarbons.These substances will continue to evaporate and pollute the air in the car.In order to make the whole automobile industry realize the sustainable development in the aspect of ecological environment protection,consumers can buy reliable products,and also help supervisors to monitor the quality of the automobile industry in a better way,in this dissertation we took the volatile organic compounds of textile products in the car as the object to study the detection methods of the volatile substances,simulating the volatilizable condition,so as to prevent the pollution caused by each part before the automobile assembly,hoping to provide effective testing methods to control the increasingly serious car pollution problems.According to the recent research status and development requirements of volatile organic compounds detection,the paper aimed to establish a perfect detection method and standard by simulating the actual volatilizable state of organic matters in the vehicle.This paper used the method of high performance liquid chromatography to analyze aldehydes and ketones.Benzenes and hydrocarbons were analyzed by thermal desorption-gas chromatography-mass spectrum.The paper established the determination method in laboratory and confirmed the feasibility of pre-treatment methods through the precision and accuracy of the results.About the test of aldehydes and ketones,took the blank fabric,spectively added a certain concentration of aldehydes and ketones solution,placed it quickly into a sealed bag,and filled it with proper pure and dry nitrogen.Placed the bag in an oven at 65℃,heating 2h±5min,so the VOC gas diffused.After the heating,used DNPH sampling tube to adsorb the volatiles,under the acidic condition,eluted it with acetonitrile.Finally,the eluate was analyzed by high performance liquid chromatograph.About the determination of benzenes and hydrocarbons,took the blank fabric,added a certain concentration of benzenes and hydrocarbons solution,placed it quickly into a sealed bag,then filled it with proper nitrogen.Placed the bag in an oven at 65℃,heating 2h±5min,so the VOC gas diffused.After the heating,used Tenax-TA sampling tube to adsorb the volatiles,thermal desorpt volatiles were got by means of a thermal desorption device.Finally,the matters were analyzed by gas chromatograph-mass spectrometer.The results measured with high performance liquid chromatograph showed the minimum detection limit of aldehydes and ketones was 0.0288μg/m L and the minimum limit of quantification was 0.0961μg/m L.The recovery rate was from 70% to 110% and the relative standard deviation wass ≤5.40.Besides,the linear relationship was good between 0.0293μg/m L to 15μg/m L.The results measured with gas chromatograph-mass spectrometer showed the minimum detection limit of benzenes and hydrocarbons was 0.8827 ng and the minimum limit of quantification was 2.9422 ng.The recovery rate was from 75% to 97% and the relative standard deviation was ≤5.15.Besides,the linear relationship was good between 10 ng to 1000 ng.Therefore the above methods are accurate,rapid and simple and can be applied to the determination of organic volatile compounds in automobile textile.
