Study On System Optimization Of Petro China Hunjiang Oil Depot Project

The choice of project management system is very important for the quality of project results.Different project management systems do not have different effects on the quality,progress,and cost of the project,and the risks they take are also different.In recent years,the project management system at home and abroad has been developing continuously,and many new management systems have emerged in the world.The project management system should comprehensively consider more aspects and find the most suitable one.Based on the reconstruction and expansion project of fujiang oil Depot,this paper makes a systematic study on the organization,cost management,schedule management,quality management and data management of the project,and draws out some optimal design schemes and implementation measures.Firstly,it introduces the relevant theoretical knowledge of project management,including the concept,characteristics,functions,tasks,elements and organization system of project management.Secondly,this paper briefly introduces the present situation of the management of the reform and expansion project of the Pujiang oil Depot,and emphatically introduces the problems existing in the management of the reconstruction and expansion project of the Pujiang oil Depot.Thirdly,according to the problems existing in the management of the reform and expansion project of fujiang oil Depot,this paper discusses the various factors,and puts forward the optimization plan and safeguard measures for the quality,cost,progress and data.Finally,the paper summarizes the research on the optimization of the project management for the reconstruction and expansion of the Jinjiang oil depot in China,and makes the prospect of the future project.This paper finds that the study of project management optimization is of great importance to the project,and the organization,cost management,schedule management,quality management and data management are closely related to the project project.
